Two lovable rogues must break into the penthouse of an underworld gangster in order to steal a valuable artifact for their employer.

Father William is an ambitious Catholic priest and former Vietnam veteran sucked into a world of crime, drugs, and duplicity. He investigates the murder of an old army buddy of his which leads him to a mysterious femme fatal, named Angelica. She draws him into a world of surreal weirdness while helping him look for his friend`s killers. In so doing Father William stumbles upon a huge conspiracy to use his church as a central point for a variety of crimes. The crime trail leads from a corrupt local sheriff to the shady archbishop who is not who he appears to be.

Ex-cop Murray(Tony Barry), is compelled to come out of retirement for one last case, when he finds out his old nemesis Frank (John Bach) is now in the Knightsbridge Gardens Retirement Village.
